Monitoring and Organizational Learning of UNICEF Unconditional Child Cash Grants for Syrian Refugee households with children in the host communities

To-Excel was contracted by UNICEF in Jordan to build the monitoring and evaluation framework for their Unconditional Child Cash Grant Programme for vulnerable Syrian refugee families with children living in non-camp settings in Jordan.

To-Excel will establish the monitoring tools required for the programme, and conduct bi-monthly post-distribution monitoring and focus group discussions to determine the short-term outcomes of the grant, as well as interviews and case studies.

To-Excel will also produce the evaluation framework for the programme, which can be used in conjunction with the results of the monitoring exercises to evaluate programme effectiveness.
