To-Excel was contracted by Ruwwad to conduct an impact evaluation of its “Ruwwad Scholarship Graduates” Programme, with the aim of assessing the impact of Ruwwad scholarships and youth development programs on the lives of graduates who benefitted from the Mousab Khorma Youth Education Scholarship Fund (MKYES). Specifically, the evaluation assessed the impact of the program on the graduates in terms of:
- 1. Enhancing their educational and labour market opportunities
- 2. Improving their active engagement as agents of positive change in their communities
- 3. Fostering changes in their attitudes and beliefs that embrace diversity and equity
