To-Excel was contracted by UN Women to conduct an evaluation of the “Promoting Women's Rights through Volunteerism” programme. The evaluation purpose was to provide an independent, in-depth assessment of the results of this project including both the primary (volunteers and communities) and secondary (UN Women and UNV) audiences. The evaluation documented lessons learned and produced a model for potential replication.
