Monitoring and Organisational Learning of UNICEF unconditional Child Cash Grant for Syrian refugee households with children in host communities

Contracted by UNICEF Jordan Country Office, we developed the monitoring and evaluation framework for the unconditional Child Cash Grant programme for vulnerable Syrian refugee families with children living in non-camp settings in Jordan. We established the monitoring tools required for the programme, conducted bi-monthly post-distribution monitoring and focus group discussions to determine the short-term outcomes of the grant, as well as interviews and case studies. To-Excel produced the evaluation framework for the programme, which will be used in conjunction with the results of the monitoring exercises to evaluate programme effectiveness.
