To Excel was contracted by World University Service of Canada (WUSC) to conduct a baseline study on Women’s Economic Linkages and Employment Development Project ‘WE LEAD’. The project is a four-year project designed and implemented by (WUSC), Canadian Leaders in International Consulting Inc. (CLIC) and other key Jordanian partners aiming at increasing women’s empowerment for sustainable economic growth in East Amman, Irbid and Salt by focusing on two key intermediate outcomes. The report depended on a mixed research approach to collect data about targeted geographical areas.
