To Excel was contracted by the OECD to prepare a stock-taking report of reform implementation across the four dimensions of the Compact of Economic Governance for Jordan in 2017; i.e. (i) structural economic reforms, (ii) transparency and efficiency of public institutions, (iii) the environment for investment and private sector development, and (iv) the involvement of different stakeholders (including private sector & civil society) in the reform process. The report assesses and benchmarks the current state of play in the four main areas of the compact and identifies priority areas moving forward.
